Do I need an account?
No account is needed for a standard swap. For larger amounts, or when screening flags a transaction, we ask for identity verification before the swap continues.
Who holds my funds during a swap?
Funds go to a one-time deposit address issued by the liquidity provider that fills your route, and the payout is sent from that provider to your wallet. swapfrom never asks for your keys or seed phrase.
Where does the liquidity come from?
From exchanges and swap providers connected through their official partner APIs. No route runs through gambling sites, personal accounts or mixing services.
What is the difference between fixed and floating rates?
A fixed rate locks the amount you receive for the lifetime of the quote. A floating rate follows the market until your deposit confirms, so the final amount can move up or down.
Can a swap be paused or refused?
Yes. If screening links a deposit to sanctions, theft or fraud, the swap is paused and reviewed. Depending on the outcome the funds are released, returned or handled as the law requires.
What if I send the wrong coin or use the wrong network?
Open your order page and contact support with the order ID and transaction hash. Recovery depends on the provider and the network and is not always possible, so check the asset, network and memo before you send.
